I know it's been a while, but thought I'd quickly share a fun little combo that gets your heart rate pumping and your muscles working! Intermediate level but you can modify to suit you. I really love making my practise into a flow, it really helps to keep the breath moving naturally and maintain energy throughout. Give it a go! Ps. My website has had a little facelift!
